9 to 13 year old Volleyball Training
Focus Volleyball Club is excited to offer train & play sessions for 10U to 13U athletes!
Sessions are
- Coed, and open to all levels - no previous experience necessary
- Six 1 hour long sessions
- Led by experienced qualified coaches
- Include a fun Focus warm-up shirt and a mini practice ball
- Focus is on fun, learning and game play - using Atomic, Smashball and Tripleball techniques
All participants must have or purchase an annual Volleyball BC Youth Recreational Player membership.
Train & Play Sessions:
9 year olds (10U) on Fridays from 5pm to 6pm on January 30, February 6, March 6 and 13 at Harbour View Elementary - $90
10 year olds (11U) on Fridays from 6pm to 7pm on January 30, February 6, March 6 and 13 at Harbour View Elementary - $90
11 year olds (12U) on Tuesdays from 5pm to 6pm on February 3, 10, 17, 24, March 3 and 10 at Miller Park Elementary - $100
12 year olds (13U) on Tuesdays from 6pm to 7pm on February 3, 10, 17, 24, March 3 and 10 at Miller Park Elementary - $100

UNIFORM SIZING SESSIONS
All selected athletes are asked to attend a uniform sizing session to get properly sized up for your uniforms. If you cannot attend you can order your unfiorms using the provided sizing chart but we cannot guarantee 100% the correct sizing.
You will be sent a link to place your order.

15U Boys (3 teams) The roster for the A & B Teams arecomplete. The 15u boys C team is looking for a middle player and a setter
16U Boys(2 teams) The roster for the both teams are now complete.
17UBoys (2 teams) The roster for the A team has filled all but one positon. They are looking for a middle.. The B team has sent out its final offers to fill the remaining two middle positions.Contact focusvolleyball2017@gmail.com if you want to apply for the middle positon.
18U Boys (1 team) The 18u boys team is looking for one more middle player.
COACHES NEEDED!
Focus Volleyball Club is looking for coaches (both head and assistant coaches) for the upcoming 2026 season. Our club is looking for keen and dedicated individuals who want to work with young athletes and help them compete to the best of their ability. We are looking for coaches for our 12U to 18U boys and programs. Applicants should have a knowledge of the game of volleyball and skills through previous coaching experience or through participation in the sport.
The club will provide coaches with an honorarium and cover the cost of your coaches certification and training courses plus travel expenses for out of town tournaments. We also have a mentor coach to support the coaches in our club.

Coaches Wanted!
We are always looking for great coaches at all levels who would like to join our team. We provide training, an honorarium, travel cost re-imbursement and loads of fun. Please email us if you are interested.
Indoor Club Season
The indoor club season generally runs from early December to the end of May, with tryouts staring in November and practices starting in January.
Teams generally have 2 practices a week and attend 4 or more weekend tournaments during the season.
